About Me

I am a qualified and experienced psychotherapist based in Hackney, London. I am passionate about Psychotherapy as a tool to gain a better understanding of yourself and your relationships to others, and improve your quality of life.

My approach is warm, authentic and relationship-led. I am fascinated by the connections we make with one another, and believe that good connections are what lead to healthier, happier lives.

I hold a Masters in Counselling Psychology from the Wright Institute, Berkeley, California. I trained as a Marriage and Family therapist with Richmond Area Multi Services (RAMS) in San Francisco, CA, where I gained extensive experience working with individuals, couples and families from diverse backgrounds.

As well as more traditional individual, couples and family therapy, I offer co-founder sessions and other organisational consultancy services to tech startups. I have worked closely with startups for over a decade and intimately understand the particular challenges of founding teams and of growing a company. I also have substantial experience working in perinatal mental health, and continue to run workshops for new mothers and their babies at various locations in East London.

I am a registered member of the British Association for Counsellors and Psychotherapists (BACP) and abide by their ethical framework. I am committed to my own personal development as a practitioner: I attend regular clinical supervision to support my work and undertake continuing professional development to keep my skills and knowledge up to date.
